This is one of the smaller glass globes Replogle ever made but commands a big presence in any collection! The glass orb sits in a chrome half meridian and sits atop a chrome base.
Based upon post-WWII borders, this particular globe dates to 1949-51 as Pakistan (1946) is visible as is Israel (1948) but French Indo-China (1954) has not yet been broken up.
The Globe is in very good condition for its age. There are zero holes in the map and only minimal wear is visible. The colors are rich, details crisp, and the light is warm and inviting. Please see pictures. The base is in good condition with no pitting or rusting.
